Venue Rules

Food/Alcohol

Outside food and beverages are permitted.

951 Vibez does not offer food services. We do have vendors we can suggest. (No cooking allowed on site.)

Alcohol is permitted at 951 Vibez Events however, it cannot be sold (including cash bars and no BYOB-bring your own bottle affairs).

Parking

There is ample free parking onsite.

Smoking

There is NO smoking at 951 Vibez.

No exceptions.

If smoking is detected, your event will be ended immediately with no refund of any monies.

Fundraising Events

As a private event space, for events at 951 Vibez, tickets should not be sold and monies cannot be collected at the door.

Nonprofit organizations are permitted for fundraising purposes. 501c3 paperwork must be submitted along with your deposit.

Liability

951 Vibez Events is not to assume responsibility for damage to or loss of property.

Because we do not supply food or beverages, 951 Vibez Events is not responsible for illness due to food or beverage consumption while at the facility.

Music & Sound

DJs are welcome although 951 Vibez has its own sound system that allows phones, tablets and laptop hookups to play music.

A DJ would not be needed.

Clean Up

It is required that you restore the space back into it's original condition and that you clear trash from tables even during the event and keep the space clean at all times.

You'll appreciate this for your pictures.

And it's required to have your damage deposit returned.

Decor

Nothing can be attached, taped or tacked to the walls or ceiling.

If using balloons please ensure they are weighted.

Weapons

Weapons are not permitted.
